the strongest tools of the War on Drugs. Long time coming is th cultural response
from the D.A.R.E. Generation, who has been bombarded with messages like “Drugs
equal terrorisim”, and “This is your brain on drugs, and questions?” all
the while being used as the primary excuse to justify racist public policies.
The Drug War Remix Competition will culminate into one evening of discussions,

45Minuets: Dancing the Whitewash Waltz – Lanfranco Aceti
This is a video representing the latest conflict between reality and illusion
in the representation of power. It also attempts to decode the structures of
mis-representation as a self delusional state instead of an illusionary reality.
The whitewash becomes a looped condition, where perhaps the only escape is
to switch off the medium.
