KNOWING IS HALF THE BATTLE, GI JOE PSA's by Eric Fensler, 15 min.
Chicago filmmaker Eric Fensler focuses on videos that are dead and brings them back to life. In this project he takes animated shorts of old GI Joe's and gives them new audio tracks. 26 are in existence.
