Submissions cannot be returned, so do NOT send originals of anything unless requested.
You may make multiple proposals.

There are NO application or entry fees, except for the NFO XPO (see Program Platforms)

As an independent festival organized by volunteers, Version has very limited funds and CANNOT guarantee stipends, honorariums or travel fees. But we CAN assist with providing space and material, and guarantee housing, good food and lodging for visitors from out of town and country -- so feel free to ask.

Please include documentation on disc, or DVD with printouts of your proposal. Label your submission with a Platform category.
